They sat there sipping wine for the next few minutes in silence. Finally, Joe asked, what’s next” Diane thought a moment and then began to speak, well, we need to find out who the hell you are! Then, we need to make this store and business legit and stop losing good customers. But first, we have to decide if we want to do all this together? And what the hell are we going to do if you touch me and I get angry at you for no reason!
“Hey, I’m cool!,” Joe said as he pulled back into his chair, giving her more space. “And yes, I would love your company and help on all that stuff! You are the exact thing I have been missing in my life. I don’t need any of the other stuff if I’m with you.” “Diane!” “I’ve fallen head over heels in love with you, can’t you tell?” Yeah, she smiled, “I can tell.”
